Upon arrival was the first photo due: Swaroswki the Christmas Tree - the most valuable tree in Germany, has its ornaments worth about 2.5 million €. It is made of Aurora Borealis crystals and selected pieces from the collection of the current Christmas Swarowki company ( source and more ).

I am particularly interested in the Royal Garden Academy, which is not far from the botanical garden from which I've now read so much - including the books by Gabriella Pape . It was of course not the ideal time - out there you did not see much, because almost everything had changed with the offer of the local Christmas tree nursery established Lorberg ...
the Internet I had chosen more "special" restaurants and cafes. Not all of us have managed to clear. But in the cinnamon and sugar Cafe - coffee house atmosphere of the 20's we were. Very pleasant - piano music in the background - you will not find too often! And - all things in this "living room cafe are on sale ... (I have ruled, however). But to read the instructions booklet sold in the many journals I have used, because the ever-fresh preparation of Granny's recipes made dishes offered naturally takes a little longer.
Even the "flowers Cafe" We have found (eg here ) a biologically oriented Cafe (with lunch offer) and flower shop at the same time. "Beware of the Bird" welcomed us, the lady behind the counter - two genuine free-flying macaws feel in the flower jungle well, but they could be heard all! Also stole a house cat curious about. The flowers on the fresh fruit yogurt to eat! With the rosy accounts of the parting comes: a rose to go!

Nomadic Green (keyword: Urban Gardening) in July 2009 at Moritz in Kreuzberg rented a 6000 sq. ft. wasteland of the city of Berlin and transformed it into an ecological and social urban agriculture. The resulting "Princess Garden" not only produces food locally, it also creates a new urban city life.
